This configuration enables advanced text searches leveraging Czech morphology for optimized data handling. Both 'postgres' and 'template1' databases are adapted for complete Czech support, while 'template1_original' preserves the original state without Czech enhancements. Additionally, a HEALTHCHECK is included to ensure the server's operational status.
